These are the instructions after you are free to do with her whatever you want(after 7 days skip):

After this, to unlock the final scene, you need to do these things 5 times:

 -“Feed” → any option → “Don't give her food” -

“Feed” → any option → “Give her the food” -

“Feed” → “Don't have her do anything”  

Feed her once again and you’ll now have the option “Anal”.

I don't know what the last scene is.

I did all the variations i could think of with the feeding/denying but she doesn't say anything so i don't know if i'm progressing or not.

Is there some issue with zenelith's last scene in the punishment route?

After following the guide nothing happens.

Hopefully not, most most stories skip the important "transitioning" part.

You would skip coming to terms with the twist for example.

I did what the walkthrough instructed but nothing.

1. It's great! Few games made me laugh out loud like this one. Really like the transition between serious and light hearted moments.
